
Order Cancelled Twice
I ordered a laptop for my school last night and woke up to a cancelled order this morning. I gave customer support a call and they gave me this phone number 1-800-436-6767. I then spoke with one of the guys there and he told me to reorder it, but update my billing address since it didn’t match with my Paypal billing address. I updated the billing address on HSN and placed another order, but it got cancelled again. Gave another call, the lady on the phone had a lot of attitude toward me even though I was very respectful despite being frustrated about the whole situation. She told me that my billing address didn’t match my Paypal again and to call back in another 3-4 weeks to update with her team since I can no longer place any order with HSN (basically a ban). I need this laptop for school and HSN is the only place that offers it with the shortest waiting time. Here are my order numbers, please double check and fix the issues. Thank you in advance!
