Awful app and poor management

I am sorry to say I can’t agree with you more. Some customer has been trying to get her prize and actively asking for years. So sad to see her posting for help in vain. Worse is some catfish who acts like a game moderator with no authority but gives out all these words of wisdom of how behind the scene it’s not as bad as it clearly is. When I learned from this community to try other free game sites and then saw Arkcadia working as it should, super fast, no ads, I humbly could only surmise what we have all already known, for HSN it’s gonna be game over soon. I like(d) shopping at HSN and this concept is great fun, which admittedly drew me in. Unfortunately, you are right, the mismanagement is poor enough that I see gamers, AKA loyal HSN customers like you and me leaving because the broken platform is not much fun and nobody here is actually “winning” since the takeover.
