I received my package 2 days ago. Tweaked products. One item was opened and spilled over inside the package. Not a happy customer. Paid alot for this product to have half of it spill inside package during delivery. What can HSN do about it?

Since i started using the product it wouldn’t be right to return it for a refund , so ill take the partial refund. Thank you for replying back. I do appreciate it

I’m truly sorry to hear that your order arrived in this condition, @mima2867. We do have a few options. The order can be returned for a refund or a replacement, or if you would rather keep it “As is,” we can offer you a partial refund of $20. Please reply and let us know what you would like to do.
