Flexpay denied
Flexpay denied last Wednesday, one of the four charges was returned to my card in 12 hours but a week later I’m still waiting on the rest. Im honestly not sure if it’s on my end or not

I really am sorry to hear that the authorizations from your canceled orders are still showing on your account, @serenity2000. When an order is canceled on our end, the authorization is held in our system for 72 hours. I tried to send an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorizations and it showed that they were expired on our end.
I would recommend checking with your financial institution to check what their release of funds process/policy is.
