WHY is it taking so long to receive credit for our returns? I am waiting for credit for at least 10 items I have returned. That lack of credit makes me reluctant to order other things while my credit is being held hostage.

I rarely return items but when I need to I place a call to CS and give them a heads up and the reason why. If the credit isn’t applied within 10 days of the return I give them a call back and CS takes care of it immediately. Bear in mind HSN must be short handed with people that handle returns.

Call HSN and tell them when you sent the item. I’ve never had a problem of them doing a refund right away for me
