Order canceled by HSN, payment charged by HSN
My order #********** was canceled by HSN after I placed it on 2-July. However, my payment was charged, and I have not received my refund. How can you guys cancel my order and charge my payment? I saw so many comments on your website complaining about the same problem. Are you guys scamming consumers? I contacted your customer service many times and every time you told me the refund will be released in 3 business days, and I have NEVER received my refund!
