Paid over phone but still shows payment due
I set up for online bill pay but it got rejected. So I called today and they took my payment over the phone. The lady said it would show a 0 balance due. But I went back to the Synchrony website and it still shows my payment is due and the due date is tomorrow!! I’m new to this, does it take a few days for the online to reflect the payment? Or if it doesn’t show up tomorrow, then am i gonna have to pay again and incur a late fee and interest??? The money has already been taken out of my bank account and i have a screen shot to prove that.

I apologize for the experience this has caused, @juicewrld7. Sadly, we don’t have access to your HSN Credit Card information and would be unable to help. I would recommend giving Synchrony Bank a ring again regarding when your payments will post.
