Korres Bath cleanser 32oz

Am I the only person that has a problem opening the pump on the 32 oz Korres bath cleanser? It’s leaking like the last one and the pump won’t pop up. Is there a trick? I don’t want to bother to send it back but I’m not ordering anymore.

Yes, I am having the same problem with the pump. I called HSN Customer Service and asked if anyone else is having the problem and the representative looked back on comments and said no. I feel very frustrating as well.

Yes,I’ve had a problem with the last few cleansers that I’ve purchased. Pumps refuse to pop up correctly. It’s a real pain to use them. Sometimes I just open the whole bottle and pour a little on the scrubby. I still love the products and will continue purchasing.
