Return Options menu no longer on screen
I want to return an item for which I lost the return label. I went to the order status of the item and there is no longer a return options menu showing to allow me to print a label. Do we now have to call customer service? I believe I’ve checked everywhere possible to find the print label option.

I’m truly sorry that your order needs to be returned, @bobzi. Orders can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If the EZ return label is no longer showing online, you may be outside of that window, or the item could have been shipped from our partners, directly. I’d be happy to find out.
