Order delivered but have not received
I received an email saying my order was delivered but I do not have it. I also checked with my neighbors. I am not sure what to do. This is only my second time ordering from hsn. Thank you for your time and have a great day!

Track your order with the tracking number HSN provides. Then depending on the item ordered, most of the time its turned over to the Post Office. It should also advise that on the HSN tracking number.

Just call HSN customer service. They’ll take care of it.

Harley, you should post this in the customer service thread within Community. The Mods will see it there and will answer. In the meantime check your order for the shipment number and then also check whether it be the Post Office or Unites States Postal Service. It could still be on their truck.
