HAN Returns

Actually HSN has a much better exchange/return policy than QVC. I have many times received an item where the fit was off. I immediately call HSN and report that I’d like that item in a different size or color. If they have it, they mail it to me right away. I just package the original item back up and mail it back. I get my new item within in days and they also receive the original item. None of this having to wait until your return is received before another item is sent to you. They trust & take my word as I do them. Neither of us have ever been disappointed. Unlike QVC, they do not need to affirm my word. I hope HSN will not change their policy. QVC does you no favors where exchanges or returns are concerned. VeeGee.
