HSN remote shopping channel on Roku

I agree. The new HSN/QVC Combined app is trash….. all the features I used are Removed, It is useless and I will sadly no longer use it….

What “improved streaming app experience”.

I do not watch HSN as much as QVC, but I did like HSN Remote. I could see the last 30 items; I would check the program guide on my TV and tune into vendors I Iike; and I would make purchases through HSN Remote. I do not care for HSN’s website. So I don’t know how much I will order from them.

I watch QVC and prefer their website, especially looking at products from shows that had aired throughout the day.

I wish something could have been worked out with Roku.

Hi everyone, I really am sorry for the inconvenience of the HSN app not being on the Roku platform has caused. Sadly, Roku is no longer supporting the HSN-only application and it has been replaced with the improved streaming app experience.

I searched and searched for that hsn shop by remote that disappeared from roku. I can’t believe they would remove that channel. I scanned it daily and watched and rewatched …leading to a purchase. I find the combined hsn/qvc channel useless. Even with search you cannot bring up all the designers and merchandise. All the fun has gone out of shopping . I will return to the stores.

I spent several minutes looking through my Roku apps the other day, wondering where the Shop From Remote app had gone. Sorry to see it go since the QVC and HSN Roku app seems to lack some basic functionality, such as being able to search and view videos for specific items, and seeing a running list of the items previously aired.

I am also very disappointed that the HSN app is gone from Roku. I have been watching that for years. I also enjoyed watching the electronics and beauty apps on Roku, which disappeared a few months ago. All are gone now. ☹️ It looks like the QVC takeover has taken over. I do not like the combined channels on Roku now and I find it very complicated and unuser friendly. 👎
