Where is my order
Order processed Jan 30th, with an estimated deliver date of 2/8. As of today, it still hasn’t shipped. Last update on my account: 1/31/2022 4:49:37 AM Fontana, CA. Package is in transit to a UPS facility. What gives? Of course, it is no longer available, so don’t give me a dog and pony show. You have taken money for this purchase, deliver!! Good grief, you would think you are copying the poor service from QVC. Do you want to be known as QVC 4?

I really am sorry to hear that you’re still waiting on your order, @whats_up_doc. Sadly, some of the carriers may be experiencing some delays nationwide. Please allow up to 2/21 to receive your package. If you don’t receive it by then, please let us know and we can issue a refund or a replacement (if it becomes available). I can’t apologize enough for the inconvenience this has caused.
