Super Customer Service, Tara!
I have been with HSN for many years and sometimes things happen out of our control. I received two packages, one in perfect condition and the other one, wet and demolished.
Tara, the customer representative listened to my concern and corrected the issue on the spot.
I am aware, because of bad weather, covid and shortage of employees, orders get lost, being damaged, etc.!
Most is out of HSN control and their customer service department is one of a kind! I inform the representative what my problem is and it is always corrected in a timely manner!
I speak to the employees, how I like to be spoken to, that way, we can resolve anything!
HSN is very fortunate to have an employee like Tara, she is an asset to the company. Thank you again for solving the matter quick and painless! You rock, Tara! 🙂
