Check your returns..

I just got off the phone with a very helpful CSR to help me get my returns credited back to me. I sent the items on 12/18/21 and they were not showing returned on the website, but the post office said they were received on 1/6/22.
That’s a long time to have the product back and not credited in a timely manner.
So, check your returns and save your receipts. Also, write the item being returned on your receipt to keep yourself orderly just in case. I’m sad to say that I’ve had to do this a few times. Wish HSN was more like Amazon. Their returns show up on the day of return. And no guess work or tracking returns either.

Hello.
I returned two pieces of Wynne Layers clothing on 4/1/2022. They were a Chenille Sweater Knit Cardigan and a Crepe Cap-Sleeve Shirt. I used the same bag they were sent in and included the HSN inform sheet of the products. The tracking number is:
4205693592023999991056574008785665USPS.

Has the package been checked in to your return facility? It looks like it took TWO weeks to arrive.
