What’s going on with HSN?? I understand maybe been shorthanded, but so is every other company.
I’m still getting my orders from amazon in two days and ebay 5 days.

I have been with HSN for over 20 years, I think it’s time to take my money somewhere else.

Why even bother to sell on TV and online, when you don’t ship the orders.

CS rep said, we’ll ship it soon, that’s not good enough

My packages are late too. Always have taken longer then 2 days to arrive. Now 2 weeks. But HSN packages are taped really badly. Always have been but now that they are in shipping longer they are coming pretty smashed up. Not to mention just shoved in a big box, all together.

Also I sent an item back over 2 weeks ago and no credit yet.

  Call Customer Service and tell them about your return.
  
  When they see the package has been returned, they will give you credit.
  
  If they can see the package in transit or in their warehouse, they will have no issue with the refund.

Hi Lady81. If the items are being packaged at one of the warehouses that is hard hit with covid you could have a wait time. In some instances the warehouses have closed for a few weeks while their employees recover. Some are working with a limited staff. I also have noticed that Amazon gets the items out sooner, but most times they use their own vans for that purpose. USPS, UPS AND FEDEX are also having problems. First Class mail can take up to a week or ten days to reach us. Right now, under the circumstances, I just hope my items come to me instead of someone else.
