Still in packaging

I ordered a scooter 5 days ago and it’s still in packaging and I messaged HSN 3 days ago they said it hasn’t been shipped yet and that I will get a Email. So when will it actually be shipped because this has never happened before all my stuff usually ship’s the next day I don’t understand the problem.

I completely understand your concern regarding the status of your order, @gracelovetoshop. Since this item is sent from our vendor’s warehouse, once they provide us with tracking information, we will update your order and then a shipping confirmation email will be sent out. Since you just ordered the item on 11/23, the information was sent to the warehouse on 11/24, and 11/25 was a holiday. So please allow a little time for the information to update.
