Involuntary Cancellation
I received an email late last night saying I cancelled my Bearpaw boots and had been refunded. However, I didn’t cancel the boot HSN did because they ran out of inventory. I don’t know how that happened when I ordered the boot 5 days ago. It went from prosessing to packing. Normally it would go to shipping next. But mine went to cancelled. No call, just an email after the fact making it seem like I was the one that cancelled. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HSN! Now I’m on Wait-list for a boot I ordered when it was in stock.
