To HSN, why did you decide to use UPS Mail Innovations for returning packages
I noticed on the order summary I received the returns are not being managed by USPS. I returned one item, and it is by Mail Innovations. This return method takes longer than the Postal Service. You may save money to add to your bottom line, but your customers are not going to be happy because their returns will take longer. I understand that when the package is received by the ‘Return Agent’ it sits in a large bin till it is full, then is sent to the destination for refund. It’s been 4 days since the Return Agent received my package and there has been no movement. Please, the money you may save on returning items this way will make many customers unhappy. Return refunds will take longer. I am not happy right now.

We definitely understand how eager you can be to get a refund for a product you decided wasn’t for you, @lene0716. We oftentimes include a regular UPS return label as well that you can use for typically faster return time. We definitely understand where you’re coming from, and appreciate taking the time to provide this feedback. We do see that a Gabor Essentials wig in Brown Blonde was just refunded back to your method of payment today, 10/20/2021. It may take up to 72 business hours to reflect on your end.
