Returned two pairs of Journee mules for larger sizes, I got one exchange back so far. The other one I am waiting on is Item number 1770131 that seems to be a problem. This is the tracking number for the two that I have returned 9505 5141 9261 1257 5680 28 and it was received. Now I need my other pair of the Journee Collection Giada mule Floral size 11. Thank You

Nothing was delivered to me but the printer I ordered, no floral mules.

I’m so sorry that your replacement hasn’t arrived, @gtbcar! UPS tracking shows that the order was delivered on 9/20. Please let us know if you still haven’t received the floral mules.
