Bought two pairs of Journee Collection shoes, having difficulty exchanging item number128-3322. Would like to exchange for size 11, in the same floral,also there was no return slip. Not paying for return slip,so please respond how to return for exchange. Thank You

Can I put this in a different packaging? The original packaging was just a piece of plastic wrap around the item.
