WHY when I ask about my orders NO ONE ever answers me a moderator or CS?

I see someone else on here was asking about when they would receive their order and Angela , a moderator answered her right away!! I have been waiting way longer than she has for my Marla Wynne Orders and no moderator or customer service EVER answers me or gives me service. WHY?? I WANT TO KNOW WHY? Posted this 6 days ago but they jump right on other customers asking!! I spend PLENTY OF MONEY here! I would appreciate an answer. STILL DON’T HAVE MY ORDER I ORDERED 9/1!!!

Yes, why don’t you ring them or go on live chat? Live chat has usually resolved my issues, and it has been immediate.

Perhaps you should try writing your questions to customer service thread within community. If you haven’t done so, give it a try. However, if someone other than the mods answer or join in the question, you may have to do a rewrite of your post. Reason being is that when iyour post shows a number the mods have a tendency to think that they answered you. . Another thing you can try is a chat with customer service. You can do this by going into your orders and clicking on your order number to the left which will bring you to another page. On the left side of this page you will see customer service and you can either chat or request a call back. Hope this helps you in some way. .

Perhaps pick up a phone and call them?
Posts like these make me very thankful I don’t work in customer service. 🙄 To the moderators, I offer my sympathy.

  Excuse me but of course I called customer service! Apparently you have far too much time on your hands!I’m thankful I don’t have to interact with YOU. Mind your own business and be thankful you can hide behind your computer or whatever you are using to spew your opinion.

  Posting in a public message forum tends to get elicit public comment. Perhaps you should have tried the Customer Service forum if you really wanted their response.
  
  That said, the few times I’ve needed customer service at HSN they have promptly corrected any issue brought to their attention & I appreciate what they have to put up with.
