When is my purchase being shipped

I ordered a ps5 bundle on Sept. 3rd. Now its Sept 8. I’m supposed to get it by Sept 14th. Its been on packaging for a few days now I haven’t been charged yet. When is it going to be shipped. Last month I ordered the xbox series x bundle it shipped a day or 2 after I ordered it

Great question, @bigd-73! I can see that you are anxious to receive your PS5! While I am unable to see exactly when, or if, it has already shipped, I can assure you that the order will arrive on or before 9/14. Once shipping has been confirmed, you’ll be notified by email with the tracking details.
