I hope you are ready for some fun. For the newcomers, the questions can be found in the Rewards Store within the Arcade. Questions begin between 8 pm and 8:05 pm EST. depending upon your computer clock. There are six questions during the game. The last question is posted between 10:30 pm and 10:35 pm EST. Again, depending upon your computer clock. Each question lasts approximately 30 minutes, so you will need to come up with the correct response within that time frame. If you answer incorrectly, you will see a red “OOPS.” The incorrect response will not count against you unless the time is up. Each correct answer is worth 200 tickets to use in the Rewards Store against the Featured or Current Sweepstakes. So, before you tear your hair out, before you give up, just return to this thread where one or more of us will be able to help. Also, join us in light conversation, ideas or whatever and LET THE FUN BEGIN…. 🙂

I went to Arkadium and download the games I play here. N o ads to interfer, wonderful. And I save a few bucks too. Not in HSN, not buying . I get the impression we are like dogs, once in a while they throw us a bone with a question. And now more difficulties playing games. First one have to sit through an Old Navy ad on every single game you click on. Then the game starts and a huge HSN banner pops up, or other ads. Then, the game comes up with press to continue or freeze up or both. Funny how I have no problem playing the very same game from Arkadium I downloaded. This Arcade has been a problem for months and months now.

I agree with you about the Arcade problems and they are getting to be too much. Thanks for the tip about going to Arkadium directly. I think I checked it out briefly awhile ago, but I will revisit and check it out.

@ SanibelSheller If you are using Chrome all you have to do when a ad comes up is hit refresh…the ad will go away and the game will come up. or you can clear your browser and be good for about a half hour…ad free!!

Hello, and I am so glad your hubby is recovering so nicely! That helps to take some stress away for both of you, which also helps your health. I live very far away from the fires, so far. My prayers are with the firefighters and the victims, and it’s been such a long fight!

Hi, xango! Doing well here, though we are getting some high temps this week. It’s been fairly mild this summer–not too bad, so I’m not complaining.
What I am getting irritated about is what you guys have mentioned today–the new ad interference when playing the games. I am also using a Chrome browser, and while I have not been blocked, it’s definitely causing an extra disturbance while playing.

I just tried playing Mahjongg Solitaire, the HSN banner ads gets in the way.

I sometimes have that problem. Try using your CTRL button with the minus sign. That will minimize the playing field, I hope. If it does then the banner will not get in the way.

I agree with you there. We shall see what happens. Made this purchase through COSTCO. If it still continues to give us problems will let them know. One thing for sure, they stand behind their products.

I forgot to mention that we had the plumbers again yesterday. Seems the new toilet that was installed two weeks ago needed some help. Turned out that we had the same people show and they couldn’t get over the difference in hubby in just two weeks. You couldn’t tell he had a stroke. Really able to hold his own in a conversation.

It has to be the holiday weekend. They forgot us again. Same question. Oh what is a player supposed to do………guess it’s time for some iced tea to go with the Madeleines.
Shiloh, if you are still with us, you will not get any tickets on question two. You have answered this question correctly. We will have to wait and see what happens at 9:03 pm. Sometimes on a Holiday weekend, the tech unit forgets that we enjoy playing this game no matter what. Don’t be discouraged. We are all in the same boat.

Shiloh, nothing to be nervous about. We are all friends on this thread. Like you, we look forward to this game every week. No game, then we have a chat. We are all from different areas of the USA. I am in Florida, others are in California, Washington, New England, Kansas, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.. We are here every Friday night, I think I left out Michigan.
