I was listed as a winner for the week of 8/20-8/26.There has been no email notification.Where do I go from here.

Same thing happened to me. My nickname was listed as a winner for 6 different weeks, going back to March, I contacted HSN and was told I was not a winner. I asked them to explain why I was not a winner, but never heard from them. Why would they list someone as a winner, but then say they are not?

Same thing happened to me in spring. Was listed but never heard from arcade people. Emailed customer service & arcade & was told someone would contact within 3 days. Never heard from anyone. Tired of trying.
