Where is Customer Service?
This is the 4th time I’m asking the same question and still no effort to respond by anyone. I spoke with someone about this and this is the 3rd time I am requesting help on this forum. Even if you don’t know the answer, it’s better than ignoring me. The question is: Where did the Exchange button on the Order Status page go?

I do not have the exchange button. And replacement items are available. I am not calling CS to exchange items. I will return them.

I’m sorry again, @ebony46, that you’ve had to wait such a long time for a response. I assure you this isn’t typical. The Exchange button is still available while replacement items are available and until the return timeframe has passed.

You are wrong. The button is there; the button is not there. If the item cannot be exchanged, then just say so. Then we won’t have to re-order and pay another hefty shipping fee.
