Lift chair

Soooooo after ordering the chocolate brown lift chair I received a grey one and the heats not working and HSN says the vendor has to MAIL me a return label. 2 weeks now and no label. I have also been told that even though you have to destroy the box to get the chair out I now have to go BUY a box big enough for the 133 lb chair whose springs are now coming through the seat. UNBELIEVABLE. Terrible quality.
