HELLO? MODERATORS?

I opened a discussion about people getting/not getting their prizes.(Arcade thread) Clearly there is a trend. Can we please get an HONEST answer to the problem? Not “we have a backlog”, yadda yadda yadda. Because some people are getting their prizes right away while the rest of us NEVER do.

Note: This is not a criticism of the moderators. It’s just that they are our only lifeline in this matter.
