Ordered this product on sunday June 13th, hsn infomercial indicated that this came with an extra battery all for one price. Was notified the following Monday that infomercial was incorrect after my card was charged & item shipped that I would not receive the extra battery. When HSN took my money it then became a binding contract. Contemplating on next steps to take on escalation. It’s not the money that bothers me but the principle of it all. They made the error honor the contract.

Totally agree that a contract was broken and that should be rectified by HSN. I agree with Shoppingagain; I would start by writing the HSN President.

Agree. I would write the HSN President. I did this once and he solved my problem.
