So aggravated!
So I ordered these kitchen utensils that was on sale for like $20.00. I get them and there were some missing. So you corrected that. Great. Then I send the others back. They get lost in the mail so I get charged for them. Fine. I have now been paying 4.65 for like 8 months now. So I called HSN, I was told not their problem call the credit card company. I called the credit card company last month and they said it was the last payment for them. Yet here we go again this month another charge for them. But this time I wasn’t emailed about a bill for them. So then my card got hit with a delinquent fee as well as the 4.65. So now I could have bought a of a lot better kitchen utensil for all I have paid for these of not the greatest Quality. Hoping to get this resolved or I will cancel the card and quit shopping on here. I’m so over it.

Hello @goldsmithmoore13. I’m truly sorry for the frustration. The last charge for the Kitchen HQ 6-piece Kitchen Utensil Set was on 5/3/21. That is what you are seeing on your credit card statement.
