I had a same problem with dura pan. Even though using a Md. heat at the highest, it discolored the red to grey and the red coating got scratched and came off. It still works fine, but the bottom is mess. Don”t expect C.S. kitchen wears to be everlasting. Good for 2-3 years the most in my opinion.

I am writing in reference to a small dura pan sheet pan. First issue is the discoloring of the pan and now a big piece of the coating is missing. Has anyone else had this issue? It’s very disappointing
