Good evening annfeatherkat40. This problem has been ongoing for a few months now. I contacted Customer Service a few weeks ago and have been told that the Tech Unit are working on the problem. Most of what you have seen is due to the fact that Flash has been taken down by Adobe because of virus concerns. They are now working and trying different formats. We should be up and running sometime around June 21st. The Arcade will have some new games and some will be taken down permanently. Please have patience.
