Horrible customer service
Tried to do flex payment plan hsn took down payment of 251 dollars then denied me . Spoke to customer service and senior rep and was told then can hold money up to 72 hrs for no reason. They claim my money was returned but went to bank and bank said no refund from hsn was given. No order was placed due to decline and now I’m out 251 and not happy. Hsn needs to tell people upfront that flex pay is on credit score and if declined hsn still holds money f`or period of time. Horrible business practices.
