I have only dealt with HSN twice. First tried to apply for the HSN credit card for the complimentary $40 offer on first order. Apparently, it wasn’t for first orders. I argued with the rep. regarding it and in the process was not approved for their credit card. That was about 5 years ago. I decided to “try” HSN again. They had an item I liked. I ordered it. Set it up only to find the item was defective. I sent it back (what a bear) for a replacement. Now I have the replacement (still in its box) I’m afraid to open it and find the same issue. I want to return it now. YET, HSN won’t have it as it’s over the 30 days of the original purchase. Though NOT over the replacement item.
