HSN iPhone App Is Down!
Since Wednesday night 5/12, I have been getting an error message that the HSN app on my iPhone can’t connect to the internet. The problem has to be with the HSN app, because everything else is connecting to my Wifi just fine. Please look into this; and yes, I have deleted and reinstalled the HSN app 4 times already.

Hello @catrheaper. I’m sorry you are having difficulty with the iPhone app. I just tested it and it is working properly. Please ensure you have a strong internet connection, delete your cookies and cache and restart your device. This should resolve the issues.
