Fitbit Charge 4-Pay Shipping+ to return?

On 5/1/21 Paul of HSN Customer Service told me I I must pay for Return Shipping.
I am returning this Charge 4 because SpO2(Oxymeter measurement) feature has no published release date.
The reason was their HSN description of Fitbit Charge 4 does not list the SpO2 tracking feature that many other sellers of Fitbit support.
I’m amazed they are weaseling out of the free return policy based on this.
Buyer Beware!
Anyone else have this happened?

Hello @bcusack001. I am truly sorry to see you are frustrated. This particular item does require you to return it on your own unless it is damaged or defective. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
