Fitbit Charge 4-Pay Shipping+ to return?
On 5/1/21 Paul of HSN Customer Service told me I I must pay for Return Shipping.
I am returning this Charge 4 because SpO2(Oxymeter measurement) feature has no published release date.
The reason was their HSN description of Fitbit Charge 4 does not list the SpO2 tracking feature that many other sellers of Fitbit support.
I’m amazed they are weaseling out of the free return policy based on this.
Buyer Beware!
