Poor customer service
I order the Corona reversible sandles in a 11, after waiting and paying full price i was sent a 10. When i called to speak with Customer Service (Laura) she really seemed like i was bothering her. Now i have to pay to return and be put on the WAITING list for a additional 45 days. I will never order from HSN again.

you shouldn.t have to pay for return, just call back and ask for it to be waived because they sent the wrong size. You will most likely get the same rep. and hopefully this one will nice!
