curtis stone fluted mold cake pan

did anyone watch today special on Sunday curtis stone? I’m looking for his resipies from his cakes he showed and most one of all is his gelatin fruit with fug. it looked dark but when he cut it, it was cristal clear you can see the strawberries, blueberry and raspberries clear there. he said it’s so easy to make but he’s not including the resipies. does anyone know why? and even have the resipies? I’ve been on YouTube and pentrest but no luck. I’m not on social media. why is curtis stone selling cookware appliance but without resipies now? the one I really want is the clear gelatin mold . I appreciate anyone can help. thank you.
