Insulted

I am so insulted. I get an email from my PayPal stating HSN was given money. * knowing I almost always just use my HSN card, and knowing I just did not purchase anything, I call HSN to see what’s going on.
Well,I was told that back in January when I had ordered a body butter cream, and was told it was delivered, and I called because I never received it, and they sent me a replacement. Apparently they say they investigated it and said I did receive it. REALLY? I have bought tons of things from HSN for years and I am pretending that I didn’t receive. Cream so I get a free one?
I guess its time to pay off my account and take my business else where. Somewhere not connected to HSN.
