PLEASE MAKE ONLINE SHOPPING MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY…….
I wish HSN would start indicating when an item has relevant pieces available for purchase. For example, if a dress has a matching jacket, scarf, belt, etc., instead of just advertising random items below the viewed product (as HSN does now) why not replace those random items with the items that are relevant to the item being viewed. Also, same with jewelry…if there are matching pieces-let us know!
Many times I have purchased a dress from HSN just to find out later that there was a matching jacket or belt being sold as well – because there is no way for the customer to know. I found out too late so I completely missed out!
Almost every other vendor does this except HSN-it just seems to make sense. The customer is then happy & HSN increases their sales. Win/Win!

I kind of wish they would leave out the “sold out” items, because when scrolling I always click on them thinking the items are available and then become disappointed and waste time. They’ll be right in the middle of things if you do a search for “prices low to high”.

That would be great lots of other websites I shop on do that. I don’t understand why HSN doesn’t. In all honesty I shop here less because I have to search for something to match.

I’m glad you notice it as well! This is the single most frustrating thing about shopping with HSN…..& as you said, it sometimes keeps me from doing more business with them. What makes no sense to me is where are the “executives” who apparently have no clue about this issue. I can’t be the only customer to complain about this problem. Plus, HSN would increase sales by implementing such a simple change.
