I just found out my flex pay charges arent being made. Your system tells me you refused your own card? What is happened and how do we fix it.

    We’re truly sorry for any confusion with these payments, @redk. The HSN credit card is handled by our partners at Synchrony Bank. We recommend speaking with them directly at 844-889-9676 for more information on why the payments are being declined. You can also update these payments online under the FlexPay Manager if you would prefer to have them processed on another credit card.
