My returns are sitting in hsn warehouse unprocessed
USPs Tracking indicates it arrived in TN (destination location for hsn returns) but nothing has been updated. No credits yet it’s been over one month. Making my second call to customer service today.

Hi Sunny, I’m having the same problem with a return and refund. The agents I spoke with have been very friendly so I guess it’s just waiting until the process is complete. Another issue I have is the “non” delivery of an item which has been marked as delivered. This is another “wait and see” what has happened…very frustrating!

@sunny8889, I’m sorry you had to return your order. It can take up to 8 business days from the day we received your return to process the refund. Please let me know if we’ve had your package longer than 8 business days
