Andrew Lessman Eye Support
Have always ordered these and have had no issues. Just ordered a couple of weeks ago and bottle says “capsules” but what I get is soft gels????
I tried them when one of my older orders were the soft gel and just didn’t sit good with my stomach.
Why would he change them to soft gels when the capsules were easy to swallow and dissolve better.
If he goes and changes the hair, skin and nails to soft gels he’s lost me as a customer for them too.

Love Andrew’s products. I am not familiar with the capsule form you are discussing since I just discovered the Ultimate Eye Support gel caps a few months ago. Even though they are gel form, I had no stomach upset. I did have my 6 month eye exam a month and my results were much better. Note: I was told by my physician and a pharmacist NOT to take Magnesium with other vitamins, so I take Magnesium 6 -8 hours later.

I am also confused and frustrated by this new product. I have a bottle of astaxanthin and received the new eye support and the two gel products look identical. I wish Andrew would explain the reason for the switch to gel and refrain from calling this product a capsule. I will continue taking the product as I have no problem with it but won’t order again until this is clarified. Would really like to see a written response.

Saw the Eye Support was offered again and it said on the label easy swallow capsules. So I again ordered them.
NOT! They are the gel!
I have emailed Andrew Lessman to let him know that this is false advertisement. To have on the bottle easy to swallow “capsules” and inside it is the gel. They said sorry, but he is not going back to the other formula that is the capsules. Pitiful. Can’t take the gel. Have tried but just can’t.
Also contacted HSN about this and requested a refund for the return postage as this was not my fault.

Hi jad5579. The same thing happened to me. Now I wonder if that was a mistake. It really looks like astaxathin. If I hear anything, I will repost in this thread.
