Where is my refund?

I totally understand that the staffing of employees is terrible, but if it takes minutes to deduct a payment from one’s account, when you return an item, and the tracking documents it’s been received, why is it that the electronic refund isn’t immediate? We all have to pay for return postage, so being efficient should be a priority

I’ve learned the hard way that returns take very long to process, and then you wait until the credit appears on your account. I no longer order clothes from HSN, sizing is often off. Rather than go through the long return process, I just donated the items to charity…lesson learned….the hard way!

USPS picked up my package on 10/9/21 for a return for 1771474430 and 1771474429, but I don’t see that it was returned yet, how long does it take?

732-406 was returned due to the product being misrepresented. I was told by Rhonda Shear on the program that it fits large busted women. So I purchased the XL being a G cup. The cup was too small and the band too big. So I printed the return label from HSN. To date it still doesn’t show in my account. I made the mistake of not making a copy of the label for my records. Thinking it would show in Easy Returns. The USPS picked up my package on Sept 14th and it just made it to Symrna, TN Sept 28th … why on earth would it take two weeks? It’s frustrating.
The lack of information is upsetting.
I like the other products I have purchased from HSN. But the return department is not professional at all. Makes me feel hesitant to purchase more items.

UPDATE: Today marks 8 days since my return has been received back by the HSN Warehouse. Tracking clearly shows it was delivered on February 8. Was told it can take up to 8 days for a refund…..so where is my refund???? I’ve waited the full 8 days and still don’t see my refund! Can some please manually override my refund. Obviously there is no one working at the return warehouse.

Update: My return was received back by the HSN return center on February 8. It’s now been sitting there for 7 days & as of today (2/15) a refund still has not been issued.

I am having the same issue. The tracking shows returns that I mailed on 2/2 using the EZ return label were received in Smyrna,TN on 2/6 but since 2/6 there is no movement that I can see. I have just started shopping with HSN again but I am re-evaluating this now. The return process is ridiculous.

Ok, thank you for the info. Tuesday (February 16) will mark 8 days since my return has been received. So if my refund isn’t processed by then, I will contact customer service to help assist with the refund.
