Charged my card but denied my flex pay order
Shame on you Hsn I’m a new customer tried to order on flex pay and you took 129 dollars out of my account but denied my order. I’ve seen several complaints about this. It’s cut and dry if a person don’t qualify then don’t take their money. I’ll be disputing this charge and canceling my hsn account. Again shame on you

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that the order being canceled has caused, @donovanrayma. I see that our system has sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon their release of funds policy.
