HSN Synchrony closed my HSN card account

I shop HSN on occasion as of the last 2 years or so. My credit limit was decreased without warning after I returned the majority of an order, sorry DG2 you don’t fit as well and consistently as you used to. Then I made my last payment on the balance and suddenly now my account is closed. I called and was told they ran my credit with Transunion and because of inquires I no longer was credit worthy. Has anyone else experienced this? Since the switch to Synchrony the HSN card is horrible! I just hate losing the history.
