Mailing address for refund issue
Customer Service,
I need to escalate an issue regarding refund monies not received. The refunds were issued, using my credit card but with an expiration date that was no longer valid (I had activated my card with a new expiration date, about 20 days before the refunds were issued. I had updated the expiration date in my account at the same time I activated my new card.) The refunds were rejected by my financial institution. Online chat and phone customer service say there is nothing that can be done.
I need a mailing address and department/name so that I can begin sending written documentation.

Hi @pipman, I relooked at your concern and see that we’ve issued the refund into Spendable Ka$h. You currently have $51.90 available to use on your next purchase before it expires on 1/14/2022.
