My Account is on hold due to something they said I did not pay for in 2004
I have been buying hundreds if not in the thousands with HSN the last 6 months. I have not had any issues with payments. I am now told I cannot order any longer due to a bill by someone with my name from 2004 and did not pay the item off. For One…I did not purchase from HSN in 2004, 2. I am paying the rest of the easy-pays off in the next 2 weeks and HSN just lost a good customer. I went to buy a 20.00 item and it said call customer service. 3. This is a 17 year old bill. From 2004 to 2010, I had someone using my SS number and business license. It took me 9 years from 2010-2019 to get it fixed with the IRS, so this was salt in the wound. I hope HSN is happy losing a customer that purchased weekly for a 17 year old bill that was not mine.

I just had the SAME exact issue!!! Ordered few times and was told “couldn’t place an order” despite having my PayPal linked. I told them to just remove me, I’m done with HSN.

I have been having this same issue for a long while now. I have ordered many times and never had an issue until the last year or so. I call the Customer Service number as the site tells me to and I pretty much felt verbally assault by the time I hung up..it was not a good experience. Oddly I order from QVC, HSN’s Sister site, and NEVER have had a problem. Not once.

Well I am sure HSN wrote off the debt from 2004, so I cannot believe this is even still an issue. Also I sent back an XXL Jaguar Jacket 2 weeks ago because it was too big and purchased the XL and I cannot even see the tracking and worried that I may not even see that credited to my account. Not really happy with HSN at all right now. I was completely happy spending money with HSN until this happened.
