I am having the same issue. The tracking shows returns that I mailed on 2/2 using the EZ return label were received in Smyrna,TN on 2/6 but since 2/6 there is no movement that I can see. I have just started shopping with HSN again but I am re-evaluating this now. The return process is ridiculous.
