There are not even 8 months since I bought the embroidered gray bed sheets set but for some reason I can’t enter a review at this time!
I wanted to write one and keep forgetting so here we go! The sheets are made too small ( unlike her baggy clothes made for anyone to wear with pleasure) those sheets look like nobody care the queen ( example) is at least 5 inches too small!!! They wrinkle like crazy, and they look cheap, not smooth at all! I am talking in comparison with “C” bedding company that makes the best quality fabric products at HSN! Sorry, Marla, stick with the fashion! Will be better for everyone!
I am so pleased to read this post. Very well-deserved compliments. I watched Brynne for the whole 2 hours with Marla and Sydney. What a great 2 hours! Brynne or should I say Brynne, the new emerging pro, did an excellent job most of all she was prepared unlike most show hosts on both HSN and QVC. She did her homework on the line, on all the different styles, fabrics etc..I always knew since she started, that she had a lot of potential and even most recently, I was thinking she needs a bit more training. But, boy, she proved me wrong this afternoon. Not sure if it is because she loves the collection/Marla’s line or what, but Brynne exceeded my expectations.
I enjoy watching her since she started over many new hosts for the past year or 2 who I do not watch. To me anyway, she seems real, engaging, respectful, sweet and genuine. She even reminded me today a bit of Amy Morrison wearing the stiletto pump shoes so well lol.
Congratulations Brynne. Keep up the awesome work. Whatever worked for you this afternoon, keep on doing it. I am looking forward to seeing you lovely and beautiful lady every chance I get to watch HSN.
I miss Kenya, Victoria and some of the Florida models also. I have seen some very polished models since the move, but they have disappeared. Have you seen those new models…Mercedes, Monet, Grace, Rachel and Billie? Where are they HSN?
I would also like to see Marla Wynne keep her HANDS OFF the models. If there needs to be a Stylist working on the set with the models when Marla Wynne fashions are being shown, please get one out there. I am done watching Marla’s touchy, feelie hands on the models, and listening to her off color remarks.
Have not received the new prescription so I phoned the doctor’s office this morning and left a message with his assistant. Seems some of the meds will conflict with what he wants me to take. Rather than have me go off he wants me to stay on. This has to do with the ones I take for Thyroid and a tiny one for BP. Today was the first day that I noticed the swelling has gone down somewhat. The pain is still there and the aspirin seems to be doing the trick. Tomorrow I will attempt to finish the planting and to do one load of laundry.
Yesterday was a real long day. Hubby enjoyed it. I arrived around 12:30 pm and found a parking spot under the tree. Normally I complain about the A/C being too cold. This has not been the case for the last couple of weeks. The A/C has not been working and of course you cannot open a window. Yesterday was no exception. We met with the decorator and went over some of the colors for the new walk-in shower. Hubby hates beige which is the color of the tub and shower in this house. This bathroom has never been updated. It took us just a few seconds to pick out the tile. We decided that the new shower will be white and thus will open us to a myriad of other possibilities. Since the entire bathroom will be demolished to the bear whatever (this includes the window) we can now choose the palate. I am thinking of a light teal for the floor which will make the white look like the whitecaps at the shore. The previous owners put up pictures of seashells (my favorite hobby) and painted the frame in teal. I have used these pictures for the room. We will not purchase another medicine cabinet. Hubby would not be able to reach it while in a wheelchair. So the vanity will have drawers as well as an area underneath the sink for other possibilities. A few months back Marla Wynne had a couple of mirrors. I chose one and put it into favorites. When it went on sale I purchased it and I will use it in lieu of the cabinet. That room is now coming together in my mind and I cannot wait for everything to start.
Yesterday afternoon the rehab had a fire drill. I was ushered into an office. Hubs was outside at the time. This was around 4 pm. We sat in the lobby until dinnertime and then went to the dining room. I had ordered a small meal when I arrived. Dinner is usually served around 5:15pm. This did not happen. Dinner was not served until after 7pm.. I have no idea what the holdup was. No one complained. Hubs did have a pureed dinner. The aides said that he will be on some solids soon. I hope so. Last night I arrived home after 8:30pm.. Completely exhausted.
I did not see hubby today. I did some work and decided to put my feet up. It was after 5 pm when I awoke. Decided to pay bills instead. Contacted the receptionist. I will bring her a dinner tomorrow.
To @hsn_timo or any other HSN customer service or management employee: Three weeks ago, you asked the customer to provide an item number, and @pax139 provided you with five item numbers. I just now took some time to search Marla Wynne (@hometowngirl had mentioned this vendor specifically), and I confirmed for myself that the first few items lacked the specific garment measurements chart.
Customers are helping HSN by pointing out that the garment measurements charts are missing from more than just a few items. It’s HSN’s job to follow up; it’s not our job to do the research for you, too.
HSN spends a lot of time and money asking us for survey responses, reviews, “how can we help,” even encouraging feedback and participation by paying for this forum. Well, how about responding with feedback or, better yet, a fix for this very important part of the ordering process — garment measurements! How are we supposed to order without them?
I absolutely agree. I watched a Marla Wynne show today and was interested in a duster. There was NO image uploaded to the website in ANY of the colors (for several other items too). For the on air presentation they did not have two of the colors available in the duster so I couldn’t begin to consider a purchase without viewing what I was purchasing! This was not the first time since the move to PA this has happened; MORE missing images now than ever! Hosts had to apologize about the wrinkled, display clothing and unavailability of display colors due to HSN still ‘unpacking’. I sympathize with the vendors trying to sell their items that are unavailable or poorly displayed. This ‘move to PA’ appears to be very poorly organized for something that has been coming for months!
I agree with a number of the opinions expressed about some of the presentations from the “new” location. Some of the hosts are downright rude to the brand representatives. They cut them off asking inane questions.
The models need to be more diverse in sizes, shape etc.
I was watching a Marlawynne show and the models weren’t wearing the proper sized clothing. The clothes were pulled and wrinkled because they were too small for them. Don’t you have any models who aren’t a size small?
Posted in Forum: FashionTake a break Emily. In my opinion Emily has been talking nonstop. Interrupting, giggling, over-talking, just making noise. Repeating Marla. She’s behaving as if she is at a party. I think she is unprepared. She is making no sense. Emily, Please be quiet so Marla can give us the info.
I know we all have our favorite hosts and each of us has the ones we don’t prefer. That said, you can comment or state your opinion, but it would be so much nicer if women didn’t body shame and trash other women, just sayin’. I think Helen may be lowering her “filters” and having fun because she’s not making the move to PA. It might seem silly, but she can be refreshing! She made an off hand comment on air about being unemployed soon. I don’t think Callie is going either because she was tearing up with Marla Wynne the other day. A lot of folks are being laid off and yes, it happens everywhere, but not everyone has to experience it in public, on air. That must be hard. I wish the hosts, even the ones I don’t prefer, all the best
Posted in Forum: HSN TVSo rude. Marla actually kept talking so that Sarah would get the hint to stop talking about NOTHING, but she didn’t. Between “faux modeling” for the camera and talking about wearing the jacket to a “Gala” – what, are we going to the Met Gala??? – she is HORRIBLE. I wanted to watch Marla, but I had to turn it off because Sarah is no different than she always us. Totally self-absorbed.
Posted in Forum: FashionThe today’s special jacket from Marla Wynn was severely lacking in sizing information and there was no mention of what size each of the models was wearing. Marla said she had the medium on but that was it and Callie did not say what her size was either. The sizing chart which popped up a time or two did not seem right to me. The bust measurement for the medium seemed much too small to be a good fit for Marla. Maybe later in the day a different show host will be more specific.

I love all the vendors Heidi Daus, Colleen Lopez, Iman, Dianne Gilman, Giuliana g, Marla Wynn, Sharif, Wolfgang Puck, Cuisinart, Patricia Nash, Antthoney Designs, the list is endless…..And it (St. Petersburg) is coming to an end as we know it. The merge with QVC will still not make it the same. I am grieving and in shock about all of this. Economics, high tariffs and the high cost of property insurance probably played into all of the decision for this heartbreaking change. I loved my HSN family. All the beautiful hosts. Margo, Debbie D, Colleen Lopez, The list is endless. So many years with so many, many memories of a wonderful shopping experience that I truly loved. I shopped every week for my whole household.I had so many favorite vendors that I adored. I loved the flexpay option that helped me finance every purchase and in the 25 years of being a faithful customer I am still and always will be a Loyal customer until they completely close everything. I pray that does not happen for many many years ahead. May God bless and prosper HSN. May all affected by the change that has caused stress may you be comforted, encouraged and reassured that God will make a way for you….♡♡♡
Posted in Forum: FashionIt’s been about 4 years since I bought my last pair so I’m sure things have changed but I wanted to buy more of Marla’s FlatterFit pants and only saw them on clearance.
Is she not making them anymore? If so, is there a similar alternative that she’s now making.
I don’t think this new line offers anything that I would purchase or wear. As another said, the clothes look super dated and dowdy and could be found in Sears or Walmart.
Ms Brinkley looks great but the fashion she’s offering is not fashionable . I’m not buying much from Marla Wynne anymore but Ive accumulated some nice pieces from her line that go far in my wardrobe. No one pleases everyone but the selections offered on HSN are not what I seem to be looking for. Celebrity or not, merchandise is very blah- and the shoes- terrible.
I agree I love Callie. I would like to know why HSN would ruin their programming with Marla Wynne on the same day they are debuting the beautiful fashions of Christie Brinkley? U ruin the whole day with a huge CLOUD with the ugly, dowdy, cheaply made, ill fitting, all the same looking Marla Wynne clothing. Maybe u should ask Susan Graver, Logo, or Isaac Mizrahi to do a show instead of a want b designer Marla Wynne.
